Eligibility Criteria Any Graduate / Postgraduate from the following streams: 

 • Pass-out Years: 2020 to 2025  

 • BE / BTech, ME / MTech/ BCA / MCA, BCS / MCS / BBA/ MBA / BSc / MSc / B.Ed. / M.Ed. 

Role Overview 

We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals to join us as Technology Educators & Operational Executives. This role combines technology education, regional operational management, and innovation in domains like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Drones. 

As a Technology Educator & Operational Executive, you will empower students and educators by delivering hands-on training in cutting-edge technologies while ensuring the smooth execution of our educational initiatives on the ground. 

This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about education, innovation, and creating social impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver interactive training sessions on AI, Robotics, IoT, and Embedded Systems to students and teachers. 

• Proactively visit and engage with schools and colleges in your assigned territory to implement training programs and ensure effective execution. 

• Customize learning experiences based on the institution’s needs. 

• Conduct workshops to promote 21st-century skills among students. 

• Oversee and manage operational activities within your region. 

• Coordinate with school and college authorities, report program progress, and support lab setups. 

• Innovate new ideas for training delivery and curriculum engagement. 

• Identify real-life problems and actively participate in solution development. 

 Note: Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive technical training by PHN Technology across all associated domains. 

Required Skills & Qualities 

• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities. 

• Leadership and decision-making skills; ability to coordinate at the regional level. 

• Adaptive thinking and the ability to work independently. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms). 

• Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written).
